Working Collaboratively and Creatively
Lorem Ipsum Dolor Sit Amet
Gwen supports clients in moving wisely and with confidence through their family transitions -- whether forming a partnership, getting married, separating, or divorcing. Her primary goal is to facilitate cooperative, creative and cost-effective planning and problem solving that enables clients to step into the future with optimism.
Relationship Agreements
Creating a relationship agreement together is an opportunity for couples to chart the course of their future. Clients who come to Mathewson Collaborative Law & Mediation for relationship agreements — pre-nups, post-nups, domestic partnership agreements — will receive a Designing Our Future Together workbook. The workbook helps couples prepare for the conversations they will have with their collaborative attorneys and with one another, so that they can do the careful planning that will make future conflict less likely.

When people are hurt, disillusioned, frightened or angry, peaceful and consensual dispute resolution doesn’t come easily. That’s why good professional guidance is so important, and that’s why I’m committed to doing what I do. Parents and children can thrive, even after hope for a long and happy marriage has been lost.
